The Captain of the entire Twintail Guard! 

Very strict, cold and has no tolerance for dumb behaviour. He may not be so tough now but he was unstoppable back in his day, he and the King go way back. Refers to the military as 'zygotes'. He is always somewhere high above the ground to avoid getting stepped on. Due to a serious injury, he has difficulty being in his anthropomorphic body, thus stays in a simpler form.
