Kiki is the royal magician for the Orcan Kingdom. 

He serves King Tilikum, his job is to study the Sea King's magic and his disappearance. 

Kiki is a calm and gentile man, he is close to Plume, as he is the only one who listens to and understands her. Kiki is a very skilled magician, however no where near as skilled as the Sea King. There are very few in the ocean who possess magic, Kiki has been practicing his whole life, as his great great great grandfather was a magician.
