After being sealed away for decades, he'll forever hold a grudge against the Sea King and his kingdom. He led the first Predator Revolution; resulting in his  imprisonment in the abyss, hidden away. While shackled to the ocean floor, his teeth rotted away, thus having gold replacements hammered into his jaw. King is narrow minded, selfish, greedy, and shallow, he has no guilt or sympathy towards those he's hurt and will do anything to get what he wants.

Free from the abyss, he hides away, gathering old and new comrades to wreak havoc on the Twintail Kingdom once again!
