His predecessor was a cruel ruler, Tilikum saved the kingdom from devastation. Tilikum has protected the kingdom ever since. He is seen as the saviour of Orca kind, he has transformed the Orcan Kingdom into a thriving society, and is the most powerful kingdom in the ocean! 

He has a rebellious daughter named Plume, he treasures her dearly, though she doesn't feel the same. He wishes her mother was here to help him...
